If it were EASY--you probably wouldn't still be reading this.
Showing up is freaking complicated. It has nothing to do with laziness. It has everything to do with fear of rejection, vulnerability, feeling like a chud (according to my kid's language).
Showing up is also low priority because it has energetic WEIGHT. Your days are
full of human beings with so many feelings and real issues-- and frankly "do marketing" keeps landing at the bottom of the list, right under researching which formula will be the bullseye for the patient totally skeptical about herbs, the kid who hates summer camp but you need them to go because of said patients, the never-ending charts and the tech that seems to make it more complicated--oh yeah, and your ability to be nice to your most cherished people.
Who wants to add a thing to their to do list with these worries attached to it? ugh--what if I sounds salesy? So gross. What if nobody responds? Clearly I'm stupid. What if
people actually see you and think "wow...I don't know...health expert? her?"
So it slides. And keeps sliding... just until things calm down.
But they don't calm down. And then you aren't calm because your schedule has WAY MORE HOLES in it than a macrame hammock.
